Rules for
Program Members

No violence or threats of
violence (this includes horse playing)

No use of mind altering
substances (unless prescribed by doctor)

No sexual relations with
members of the Community
-
Restricted possessions
including, drugs and alcohol, weapons, and items not included on the “Items
Allowed” list are not permitted in the building.

All medications are to be
stored and administered according to policy.
-
All passes and outside
activities are to be conducted according to policy. All passes are to be
approved 24 hours in advance.
-
Members are not to trade or
borrow anything without staff approval.
-
No gambling
-
Articles which resemble or
signify old unhealthy life styles are not to be worn.
-
Radios in one’s bedroom are
a privilege to be earned. (Noise level needs to be low)
-
Financial transactions are
to be brought to the staff for approval.
-
There is to be no name
calling AT ALL.
-
Everyone must knock on all
doors and wait for permission before entering.
-
Appropriate clothing is to
be worn anytime outside your room.
-
Shades and curtains are to
be pulled down during evening hours.
-
Members are allowed two (2)
10 minute phone calls per day if the privilege has been earned. Long distance
phone calls need to be placed collect. A phone monitor will dial the number.

Participation in group and
other scheduled activities is required. Family members are to be on time
for scheduled activities. Group involvement sheets (blue sheets) need to be
turned in by 9:00 pm daily.

All members must sign up
for laundry time.
-
No
youth/adult family member interaction unless approved by staff.
-
Respect
the rights and privileges of other family members.
-
Each family member will be
assigned a duty and/or additional responsibilities.
-
Family members may not be
alone with members of the opposite sex without approved protection.
-
No
sleeping from wake-up until after check-out without permission.
-
Only family members
designated “Phone and Door” may respond to the phone or doorbell. All family
members must inform “Phone and Door” when leaving the main floor.

When not in rooms, lights
must be turned off.
-
Absolutely No War Stories.
-
Being in your room is a
privilege and must be earned.
-
Proper language is required
at all times.
